Responsibilities
What you’ll own day-to-day.
- Handle inbound patient inquiries from client hospitals and clinics
- Make outbound follow-up calls to qualify leads and book consultations
- Maintain accurate CRM records of every conversation (HubSpot)
- Coordinate with client clinics on appointment confirmations + reminders
- Escalate complex inquiries to the right team or clinical contact
- Track conversion metrics and report weekly to the operations lead
Requirements
What we’re looking for.
- Clear spoken English, Hindi, and Telugu
- Comfortable on calls — confident, calm, patient-aware tone
- Basic computer + CRM familiarity (HubSpot training provided)
- Reliable Mon–Sat schedule, willingness to work in-office
- Patient-care attitude — many callers are anxious about a health concern
