Responsibilities

What you’ll own day-to-day.

  • Handle inbound patient inquiries from client hospitals and clinics
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to qualify leads and book consultations
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of every conversation (HubSpot)
  • Coordinate with client clinics on appointment confirmations + reminders
  • Escalate complex inquiries to the right team or clinical contact
  • Track conversion metrics and report weekly to the operations lead

Requirements

What we’re looking for.

  • Clear spoken English, Hindi, and Telugu
  • Comfortable on calls — confident, calm, patient-aware tone
  • Basic computer + CRM familiarity (HubSpot training provided)
  • Reliable Mon–Sat schedule, willingness to work in-office
  • Patient-care attitude — many callers are anxious about a health concern
